Non-penetrating attachment. Nothing is nailed, screwed, drilled or glued into your building. On the older downtown buildings that is a preservation question, and on a leased unit it is usually a lease question.

The lights are ours. We supply, own, maintain, remove and store everything — your business or association buys no inventory and stores nothing over the summer.

Full-season guarantee. A failure between installation and takedown gets fixed by us; maintenance and repair is part of the engagement. On December retail frontage we treat a dark run as urgent.

January removal on your schedule. Takedown and storage is included and planned around your operations.
